Kolter listens to homebuyers and offers two new home designs
Where does Kolter Homes get its ideas for new floor plans?
Obviously, the veteran homebuilder that has created communities throughout Florida and into Georgia has the expertise to develop exciting floor plans that are popular with homebuyers—the company’s track record shows how successful their homes have been.
Despite Kolter’s ability to design interesting and functional homes with just its design team in action, the home builder has another ingredient that helps it succeed—listening to its prospective homebuyers.
This is the case with the Kolter Homes’ two newest homes in PGA Village Verano, the Collina and the Bellacerra, both part of the Palermo Collection, which prices for this collection beginning in the mid-$300,000s. Marc Friedman, sales director for Kolter Homes, says these new, larger floor plans are the result of input from its prospective homebuyers and its sales team.
Since being introduced to homebuyers, both the Collina and the Bellacerra are becoming increasingly popular.
“The Bellacerra has a great room and the Collina has both a formal living room and dining room, and the design of these homes were a joint effort to create homes that appeal to buyers that want these features in their homes,” Friedman said.
The Bellacerra, with 2,735 square feet of living space, is a three bedroom 3 ½ bath single story home with both a great room and formal dining room. It features an island kitchen and breakfast nook that overlooks a covered patio. The den is on the active areas of the home, while the bedrooms, including the master bedroom with a pair of walk-in closets and spacious master bath, in the bedroom cluster with two guest rooms.
The 2,953 square foot Collina model has a living room, formal dining room and a den that could be an optional bedroom. Two guest bedrooms share a bathroom in a quiet area of the home, while the master bedroom has a spacious private bathroom with double vanities, a separate Roman tub and a separate shower.
The informal entertainment area of the Collina is highlighted by a large island kitchen overlooking the family room and cozy breakfast space. The two car garage in the home has room for a golf cart.
Residents at PGA Village Verano enjoy a lifestyle like no other in Port St. Lucie. Onsite is Club Verano, with its outdoor resort pool that opens to an invigorating fitness center, an indoor lap pool and surrounding the clubhouse, tennis courts, a bocce court, half-court basketball area and walking trail.
But what helps to set PGA Village Verano apart is its proximity to its neighbor, the PGA Golf Club, which features three signature golf courses by Pete Dye and Tom Fazio and the PGA Center for Learning and Performance. Residents at PGA Village Verano have special access to the PGA Golf Club.
