Grand Opening Party a Success for Cresswind at Lake Lanier

Cresswind at Lake Lanier was purchased by Kolter Group in February. The active adult community in Gainesville was formerly called Seasons on Lanier and owned by a different developer. Current residents joined the festivities on Saturday, optimistic about the new construction.

The homes in Cresswind are beautiful and the community offers a special perk: private boat slips. These slips are available for purchase by homeowners and is a rare amenity, as Lake Lanier is not issuing any more permits.

Also planned for the community is a three-story clubhouse that will feature a ballroom, teaching kitchen, rooftop bar and plenty of room for socializing and clubs. Coupled with walking trails, an outdoor pool and tennis courts, the amenities – once complete – will be the heart of the community.
